Our Christmas dinner was a total letdown. The service was bad, the wait times were long, and there was no Christmas spirit in the air. The dishes were okay, but one course from our prepaid six-course menu was never served. Very disappointing.

Very nice restaurant, we went there for dinner. The atmosphere it’s very enjoyable for dinner service . Staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for us . We had the Cote the boeuf , which was very delicious and a huge portion. if you go for it I suggest you order starters also as we wait 45 min

I was very pleased with everything Lampery London had to offer. Extraordinary dishes for breakfast and dinner. We happened to be there during a menu change and enjoyed a gastronomic treat. We tasted the new menu for the first time. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff serving us were very friendly and attentive! Thank you!

We were the only ones in the restaurant during lunchtime and the service was very slow. Unfortunately, they were out of the wine we wanted. The food was decent, but they could benefit from hiring more waitstaff. It's a shame because the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. We were disappointed, especially since we were considering booking it for a summer party.

The Lampery, located within the Apex City of London Hotel, is a unique establishment that combines a bar and a restaurant. Initially skeptical of the menu's lack of originality in the category of elevated bar food, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the food. From the appetizers to the main dishes and desserts, everything was delicious without fail. The service was attentive and welcoming, and the ambiance was tasteful with subtle and elegant lighting. I highly recommend The Lampery for a memorable dining experience.

Lovey setting with high ceilings, sunshine through the large windows and greenery hanging from the ceilings. Staff friendly and a nice continental spread. Unfortunately the staff don’t seem to communicate and we had at least four different people dealing with us. We ordered hot food and, having seen others who arrived after us getting theres, enquired after ours. Half an hour after ordering we received our eggs Benedict and eggs with avocado but both of us had one solid, overcooked poached egg. I complained and they bought another set but both still over cooked. Very disappointing.

Beware of the £25GDB 3-course set menu advertised on the web menu for the restaurant because it was not honoured when we asked for it. We were given the excuse that we needed to pre-book online but there is nothing about that on their website. We suggested to the waiter to take the offer off their website if it doesn’t exist. I didn’t get the impression that this was going to occur. Food was okay and service was fine. The dishes entail relatively small portions. They charge for still water. There were only a few people in the restaurant on a Friday night. Their bait and switch tactic when it comes to offering a set menu is not going to help business.

We ate in the restaurant one night for dinner. There were 4 of us. The food was lovely but the service not so great. Initially there was a mistake with our drinks order which was quickly rectified. We then ordered starters and mains. When the mains came they only brought out 2 sides of chips instead of 4. They said the other 2 sides of chips would be a minute or two, however it soon became clear they had forgot to cook them as we waited 4/5 minutes before they arrived by which time our steaks were only warm. We also had to ask for water for the table 3 times. Looking at other reviews I think we were just unlucky and the waiter was having a bad day. We couldn’t fault the food. The waiter adju...
