"Today I am for the first time with the family in Mezban, the food is very authentic and different, especially the Tandoori dishes. Besonders lecker sind hier die Gerichte nach südindischer oder Sri Lanka Art. Die tamilische Art der Kochkunst findet man nicht in vielen indischen Restaurants in Berlin.

Neben einer großen Auswahl an generischen nordindischen Gerichten hat ammAmma als Alleinstellungsmerkmal eine kleine Auswahl an südindischem Kost inkl. Masala Dosa und Idli. Das Masala Dosa war sehr gut - knusprig, dünn und mit leckerer Kartoffelfüllung wie in Indien. Der dazugehörige Daal (eine Linsensuppe) war etwas wässrig, aber dennoch gut gewürzt.
