the lunch here with the family 3 of 5 of us had pizza and 2 of us had pasta (a vegan) and we had also appetizers. delicious food all around and very tasty. very friendly staff. recommend the booking as it did...are busy, but only the same felt not rushed to release the table.

Very nicely decorated and set out , attentive staff and comfortable surroundings. Staff were attentive and friendly . Decent menu with a good selection of pasta and pizza, not old school style food but very nice with good size portions. I would definitely recommend it...to my friends.

We stopped at ASK for lunch during our visit to Stamford. We were warmly welcomed and seated by a helpful and friendly staff member. Due to our intolerance to chilli and curry, our menu options were limited, but we were able to find two delicious main courses that suited us well. For dessert, we enjoyed two tasty Sicilian lemon tarts. Our bill was discounted with the use of my Blue Light card. We highly recommend this restaurant.

this was our 2nd visit to ask' in stamford and both were great! there is a beautiful atmosphere that personal is friendly helpful, and eating is delicious. I have a food intolerance (rapesöl) and both ask' office and Stamford...Branche (wilson and nicole) were incredibly helpful re this in contrast to some other restaurants! we look forward to a third visit, which is about an hour away (our filiale of ask' sadly closed,) but which is worth the ride. stamford is also beautiful!

The restaurant has a charming Italian-themed decor, is impeccably clean, and has incredibly friendly staff. The dishes took a bit longer to arrive, but that's because they are freshly cooked, which is a good sign. Although there was a mix-up with my order at first, the staff quickly rectified the mistake and I ended up receiving exactly what I had ordered. I highly recommend the risotto, which my daughter ordered. After trying it, I wish I had ordered the same dish as it was delicious. Just been for dinner with my husband to ASK stamford entering the restaurant no waiters or waitresses on the floor. Stood waiting to be seated for mins. The chef at the back of the restaurant caught us waiting, then waiters came from the back of the kitchen and seated min wait for our starters we were presented with our main courses! We informed the rather embarrassed waiter we hadn't even had our starters yet, who told us the chef has made our starters and we have had them! Informed him we hadnt! Mains taken back and mins later our starters where ready. Which we where really looking forward to, not up to usual standard. We had the king prawns- no marinade on the prawns and toast was not toa...

my friend and I went to the theater and thought so the question would be fast if it was a chain. my friend is coeliac and so she asked about the gluten-free menu. an ordner was opened on the corresponding side and she. ordered the fruit de mer fusilli pasta dish. I ordered pizza and two drinks. the front of the housekeeper murmured and did not seem confident if he was new, I don't know. when he brought the glasses for our drinks, we were both together to see that he had wrapped his hand around the top of the glasses. also pre covid we would not have found it acceptable! we commented on it and drank from the only glass he had not touched.
