"quick break in a restaurant that doesn't pay for mine, and again! I have to tell you. It was perfect! The bosses are simple, of immense goodness and irreproachable professionalism. No fault at the service! Rare! on their advice, we took the lean, a local and seasonal fish. For dessert, I cracked for the salt chocolate pie toffee butter. murder. One of the best desserts I've ever had."

"Nous avons été très déçus de notre passage au café La Brise ce mercredi 27 décembre. Venus en famille avec deux enfants en bas âge (1 et 3 ans) pour prendre le goûter, nous avons eu immédiatement l'impression de déranger. Une serveuse est passée à côté de nous sans nous parler puis a commencé à nettoyer une table, en pulvérisant du produit tout près de notre fils de 3 ans. On nous a finalement trouvé une table. La même serveuse a pris notre commande sans chaleur. Et que c'était fade ! La crêpe très sèche n'avait clairement pas été préparée le jour même, idem pour la gaufre. Et on ne parle pas de la tasse de chocolat... à l'eau. Même absence de sympathie au moment de payer l'addition. Le seul point positif: la vue sur l'Estuaire. Dommage de ne faire aucun effort, surement parce que l'on est le seul établissement ouvert à ce moment-là..."

"visiting talmont, pretty village on the edge of estuary, we were looking for a nice restaurant, no catching tourists or out of price and quiet. and our steps led us to the promontory. the decision was quick, the dish of the day was a parsillad of eels. the room, a little old and rather dark does not engage at first but fortunately there remained a terrace table in the shade of a laurel. for the record, it was full inside and outside. and yet, the service was not speed but rather relaxed and Zen. Fast enough in view of the affluence, eels were tasty, a real treat and a big thank you for not having dubble salad as much as do, not accompaniment was home. rice, vegetables and spinach. What do you mean?"
