When at food, we have a chef who can offer us an original and fresh map depending on the seasons. some examples: salmon tartare / mango, carrot gaspacho / ginger (very fresh)! or the beef tartar with nuts to add crunchy, perfectly golden! Well done, all for a prize contained, one without fault. I recommend.
