"My suggest is to avoid this restaurant not for the food, it was good, but because the staff was not very honest. I've taken 3 sandwiches, 2 portion of French fries ,1 bottle of sparkling water, 1 beer...final price 43 €...from my calculation I can understand the 29€ for the food...but the other 14 €? Obviously they don't have a menu for sandwiches...probably they roll the dice. Because I'm a whole person, I've paid my bill, though I was puzzled by their dishonesty. For this reason, the only way I have to hit them is by a bad review...so: please, avoid this restaurant, probably there are better restaurants in Pompei."

It has captivated me, it has a lot of charm, the food is quite good. An ideal family environment.

2 lemon granitas, three slices of caprese cake and a coffee for the modest sum of 26 euros. Not even in Piazza Navona

We had a great time. The environment is refined, particular and very pleasant, just like the managers and we ate more than satisfactorily! I advise! Warm greetings from Giorgio and Maria Paola. Meal type: Lunch

My family and I stopped to eat in this beautiful place after visiting the excavations of Pompeii and I must say that we could not have chosen better! We ordered seafood salads, seasoned grilled vegetables and cherry tomatoes. It was all fresh and very tasty, but the vegetables especially the courgettes were a SHOW! Go there and you won't regret it! Food: 5

If you are visiting Pompeii and you are about to finish your visit, I suggest you go out to Villa dei Misteri: you will meet the legendary Giuseppe who will recommend the excellent cuisine of his mother located 20 meters. A cozy place with a beautiful and family-run garden, obviously all homemade and all very good!I recommend it, quiet you will not regret it!Hello Giuseppeee, greetings from Massimo and Giulia from Rieti!!

For me it was disappointing moment and also bad decision to went here . Owner of souvenir shop at the Pompei exit told us that this restaurant is excellent and is owned by his family relatives. Well, it wasn't excellent experience . Very expensive , even for orange juice, we paid 10 EUR. Lights ️ at the gentleman restroom was broken deeply dark room. Decoration is probably the only one thing to praise ‍. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

After a splendid visit to the Pompeii excavations, at the exit of the turnstiles we came across the Trattoria Bacco e Arianna. A place set up in a characteristic way, with internal and external tables. Well, in their garden among lemon trees that shaded us, the lunch we chose was a pleasure: seafood appetizer and first course with scialatielli. Friendly, friendly and attentive staff. A place that I recommend after the tour of the excavations... for the food, for the staff.... but finally you also want to add the particularity of being able to have lunch right next to the excavations.

"This dining experience was utterly ruined by the appalling service. Admittedly we did not book in advance so we had a table outside, right at the end of the row. However we gladly accepted this. We then had bread and water delivered to the table. We then had to ask for menus, then ask for drinks before waiting a further 35 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The wine list was 34 pages on an iPad plonked in front of us! We ordered a bottle of Rose and a glass of red wine, which arrived in about 10 minutes. The wine was opened with due ceremony, including sniffing the wine cork) and poured into three of our glasses. Despite having purchased the bottle it was taken away by the waiter. My wife then pursued the waiter into the restaurant to inform him we had purchased the bottle so could we please have it back at the table. Food arrived, which to be fair was good. I asked for another glass of red wine 10 minutes later it hadn’t arrived so we asked again. Another 10 minutes, it still hadn’t arrived. When it did I had finished my meal, so I sent it away. The whole episode was largely down to the incompetence of a new member of staff, but nevertheless one has to question the level of training this person has received and how well they are supervised. This restaurant purports to be more upmarket and towards the fine dining end of things it needs to ensure its staff are of equally high quality!"
