"We had a wonderful dining experience at The Mill last night! The food and service were exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. We were excited to try the new menu, and it did not disappoint! There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, making it difficult to decide. We decided to share a cheesy flatbread and a pork and apple sausage roll, both of which were delicious. The sausage roll was a standout. The steak burger was cooked perfectly, and my friends enjoyed the halloumi kebabs. Unfortunately, the special crème brûlée was sold out, so I opted for the sticky toffee pudding, which was fantastic. My friends had a chocolate sundae and a crumble, both of which were also very satisfying. We were pleased with the entire meal, and the bill, including a few drinks and hot beverages, was quite reasonable at approximately £121. I am already looking forward to returning to The Mill to try more dishes from the summer menu. Additionally, knowing that I will be getting married there next year, I am reassured that the food and service are exceptional and will be perfect for our special day."

"It's been a while since I've been to a pub/restaurant where I felt completely at ease inviting myself. The meal was excellent, and the menu was diverse. Everyone was very friendly—it's definitely one of the best places I've been to. I will definitely return. We had the Sunday dinner, but honestly, the menu was so good that I could have picked anything."

"I stopped by for lunch without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere and delicious food. I started with calamari, followed by a dish called Kings and Queens, which featured scallops, squid, and prawns on small toast drizzled with a hint of balsamic. It was beautifully presented, had a wonderful texture, and tasted fantastic. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Service: 5, Location: 5."

"Came here for dinner on Valentine’s Day. It was easy to create a booking online, which is more convenient than calling them. The food prices are pretty high, but I have to say that the food was good; however, the portions could be improved on as they were pretty preservative with that. Furthermore, they are pretty generous with the salt in some dishes, so you might want to keep that in mind. The restaurant is located in a hotel and isn’t that loud a nice place to go with someone for dinner or lunch. Another thing to mention is that at night there is nice ambient lighting that reduces the strain on your eyes and makes the environment more romantic."

"We supplied the venue with equipment in April, May, June and a bit of July 23 total about £1400 we havent been paid in full yet, its now Nov 23. We keep being told its on this weeks payment run and well be paid tomorrow but we never get paid. We recived £500 after doing some investigation work and contacting the area manager with the promice of the rest being paid which hasnt been done. When i call to chase the outstanding debt, just short of £1000 now I get verbally assulted by Kate the manager who says she dosent need to pay and if keep calling she will call the police and report me for harassment. Do not supply this venue with anything unless you R paid up front. Kate and Steve R not to be trusted, they Lie and not very nice people if truth be told.
