I had my favorite marco polo pasta. penne, duck in plumen sauce and early onlings. the new sweet 'shots' for gloomy a great idea. all round a good meal and good service.

it is a fantastic choice for a meal when they have children. there is always something on the menu they like. but it will be really buzy during the school holidays. the seating are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. but during the buzy times they find it difficult to deal with demand.

Really delicious food, which tasted really fresh. Our waitress Natalie was so so lovely. Really happy, full of smiles and couldn’t do enough for us (including making our desserts!! she made our afternoon so much better. Thank you Natalie. My little boy thought you were great and he loved the chocolate ice cream!!

The restaurant was half empty and yet food service was incredibly slow.. I ordered a gluten free pizza and I’m pretty sure it was a frozen pizza they used, as it was still frosted in some parts.. my partner ordered a gluten free bolognese and it was so watery that she could barely taste the sauce.. very disappointed..

we took part in the pizzeria of the children, I am a kinder girl, so had 8 children with me, from 2 to 12 years, they all loved it even the pre teens. they ask to go back and we left a few hours ago. a must to keep the children entertaining! pizzas were delicious and also the two years old who were a bit young to take part were taken care of. about all loads of fun, delicious eating, happy helpful staff and lots of off-goodies good every penny worth

I got served wrong drink with my dinner but waitress quickly dealt with the situation which is great, good customer service. Their sharing platter of bread was very nice, I wish they'd add one more side to it like pesto or garlic butter because a tiny dish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar isn't enough, as for the main I had a seafood risotto which was amazing, portion size was decent and it wasn't overpriced. During the week this restaurant is very quiet and it has a great atmosphere overall.

What an experience, lovely staff and great customer service. Food was fresh and delicious. The lunch menu offer and also kids meal offer are great value and quality for money! It’s the first time I see kids deal comes with starter,main, dessert AND drink. There is generally an OR involved in other restaurants. The only critic I have is the size of bottles that are used instead of glass for serving juice, for £2.49 a tiny bottle doesn’t really worth it knowing the actual juice used to fill it worth a lot less than this and is not organic.

my family arrived and ordered lunch for three people at about 1250. the starter garlic bread came out at about 1.50. the main course arrived after i politely reminded the waitress at about 2.15. the restaurant was about half full. how they would cope if it was full is beyond me. they should have warned us before we sat down. 2 of the main courses were fine. the 3rd the pizza was only luke warm. my daughter was too hungry to complain. she was afraid of having to wait again, if we asked them to reheat it. we weren't the only ones. the couple sat next to us had a similar wait. they at least got a couple of free drinks to placate them. they need to get some staff in. those that were there were r...

I have to say that the Afternoon Tea experience we had was not the best. The venue, service, etc was fine but the actual food itself left a lot to be desired. The Afternoon Tea was a Xmas gift to my wife and I from some friends. I 'm afraid I think the whole thing was overpriced for what it was and we would not have paid £24.95 ourselves. It is advertised as a Hendrick 's Gin Afternoon Tea for two. At no point in time were we offered any gin. When we arrived, we were asked what we wanted to drink, so we asked for, and received, a tea and a coffee. We then had to make a selection from the set menu. The only selection required was what type of pizza slices we required. Apparently, one was not...
