The food here was great, good range of food and drinks and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous New Year’s Eve celebration made brilliant by the staff . Nothing too much trouble and food fantastic. 1 vegetarian, 1 strawberry allergy both catered for brilliantly.

This is a great restaurant! We weren't sure how it would be because the photos didn't look that good. Our food was excellent, the service was great and it was good value for money. They really need to update their photos as it doesn't do them justice at all.

It was my birthday and my husband wanted to take me somewhere special. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was clean and after ordering drinks we ordered our food. The food came and it was amazing. So tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommended and I did indulge in one or two Lemon Gins and omg they were so delicious.

I visited this restaurant a few years ago and enjoyed it. I am back in town for the week and decided to give it another try. The menu is simple and straightforward, but it does offer a good selection of gluten-free options, which was important for two people in our group. The waitress was new but did a good job, although she did get my starter order wrong. However, it wasn't a big issue. I would definitely come back again.

Last night we had our work Christmas party. There was 16 of us yet the large number did not affect the service and quality of food as it does in some places. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented on the lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious as always and there was plenty to choose from. They are very good at catering for dietary requirements so none of our group felt ‘left out’ as it were. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a lovely evening.

I have dined at this restaurant once before, but my most recent visit was not as pleasant. The waitress appeared to be in a bad mood, which was not a great way to start the meal. The tiger prawns we ordered were incredibly small, and despite being advertised as garlic prawns, there was no noticeable garlic flavor. The carbonara was overloaded with cheese, making it overly thick and sticky. Another guest ordered the risotto, which was also gooey in texture. We decided to skip dessert to avoid any further disappointments.

We make sure to visit Bobby's at least once a month because it has become a must for us! The breadsticks to start are incredibly delicious, the pizza is better than anything we've had in Italy, and the special board offerings are always crazy delicious. The family-run staff always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. We appreciate that there is no automatic service charge, allowing us to leave our own tip, which feels much more personal. We thoroughly enjoy every visit and if we can't make it in person, we always order delivery. Thank you to Carol, Mark, Emily, and the whole team for always looking after us so well.

A quick trip for a birthday celebration on Saturday, we stayed locally and looked at what people had said on TripAdvisor re local restaurants. We wanted an Italian restaurant and Bobby's had an early table. Perfect. Starters were good, my wife had the Calamari (I thought too much batter) but she was happy. I had a Caprese salad. Also good. But the best part was the main course. She had the chargrilled venison steak, I took the sea bass fillet. Both dishes were fabulous. Tasty, well cooked and equally well presented. We shared a salted caramel and vanilla sundae. A glass of wine each and the total was a reasonable £64. Service was proficient and attentive without being too fussy. A family run...
