"one of the most famous and ancient taverns of madrid. opened in 1891 (together with some others with the same name) and maintains the precious style of then. a fun relic of your past is to have to go to the bathroom under the bar. your food is very rich (e.g. tortilla), although it is not cheap. the site is usually very busy."

what we ate and drank was right and rich with which it is a good place to tape but without more aspirations. a winery of all life that is for what is.

typical Madrid place for the carpet is curious that you can go to another area by going below the bar. Great attention by everyone but especially by a waiter

the tortilla is very good, but it is not a bar that stands out for so prices, its comfort or the sympathy of the waiters. They also have a beer of a barrel a little smoother, which is not used in a cane format.

We were in April/2022, they attended us quickly and very well, the Spanish tortilla of 10 no, of 100 and the alcachofas the best of spiderje, the very nice bartender, we returned to madrid in brief and we will visit them, suuuper recommended.

The best tortilla I ate after my grandmother's. the super traditional old place and very well established. excellent food. It is an experience to repeat. (it was twice a day.) the vermu of the house is of not believing. it would come back once and a thousand times.

super picturesque winery and worth visiting. beers are good and the food is also rich highlighting the tortilla and other typical tapas. friendly waiters and somewhat expensive prices but they deserve to go from time to time. Usually, you have a tail at the door and you have to wait to consume.
