Our go-to spot for our daily morning cafe au laits "a emporter" while in France for vacation.

They offer all the standard French fare plus a few extrasI had the veggie lasagne which was only so so.

good food, good atmosphere and good prices, but what makes this place a five-star, it's the staff. They've got into four to be friendly. We'll certainly be back. View menu

Restaurant type troquet Paris but without the bad mood of Paris servers! The team is extremely kind and helpful. We feel good and eat well. Classic card with generous portions at correct prices. I highly recommend!!!!

It's a good local bistro. We were three on a Friday night, two had very good pasta dishes and the third had chicken with paprika and I loved, desserts were huge. good value for money, friendly service, good atmosphere. not high kitchen - if you wish, you will pay a lot more expensive, but I will return there without hesitation.

you will not hear a lot of English spoken here; it is a place for French people who live and work in the region. That said, we had dinner and we'll go back. the waiter was nice and friendly. food and drinks were good and at a reasonable price. no one in the restaurant, staff and customers seemed to be in a hurry, so the pace of service was relaxed but not at the point of objection. If you're in a hurry, you should probably find another place. It is convenient for the oberkampf station in the subway.

The very sad part is that I was a sword for punishment. I tried to eat here twice - I thought the first time, I thought it was terrible because I was tired after a flight from the United States, 3 days to amsterdam and a journey amsterdam to betting. there are so many very good restaurants around at Gaston, don't hesitate to go to one of them - you will not be disappointed. The food is horrible. I ordered onion soup the first time in aperitif and it didn't look like the pictures published. I had no cheese and it was barely warm. I also had a dish of pasta that was the same way. The second time, I opted for a totally dry omelet. it took so long to get waited the second time my son-in-law left... View menu
