do not expect any culinary highlights at this place, but its perfect gourmet for a coffee, a bit croissant and rest the feet!

For tourist only! Expensive, noisy, crowed Just to show off!! Nice terrace but next to the street so very noisy with cars and buses! Much better few meters away at les Parisiennes for example!! Or in rue clercs le rousillon!

It is not so fare from the Eiffel tower, the nicer area of Paris; so there are some tourists, but also Parisians. There is typical cafe-food which is ok. The wifi usually works, which makes the place a good lunch stop. The most negative is the...unpersonal feel of the whole.

Once we came back from a night excursion of Paris, I was starving! This little place was only a few steps from our hotel and was open late 2 a.m. late! We arrived just before midnight and had a leisurely dinner and wine and...didn't feel rushed to vacate! The outdoor seating area allowed us to enjoy the warm Paris evening! In September 2012, we dined in this interesting and historical restaurant, close to the Metro bearing the name. Like all our dining experiences in Paris, the food was of excellent taste and presentation, the waitpersons courteous and helpful. Serves were generous portions, with water, oil...and bread provided at every meal. This restaurant is adjacent to others of reputation and highly commended. The only down-side is non-smoking patrons missing out on enjoying good weather and better views as those lighting-up' were concentrated in the seating outdoors.

we landed in paris, cdg airport, at 5:30 o'clock Saturday morning. we traveled by taxi (e55 fixed price) to le tourville hotel 350/night,) just 12 minutes from the eiffel tower and 15 minutes drive from the louvre museum. we slept until noon, went to louvre, returned to eat a late lunch in the caffe des officiers, 3 place de l’école militaire, 75007 paris, frankreich, only 1 block from the hotel. after a cozy lunch, only e55 for 1 couple inclusive drinks, we went to the eiffelturm. so close! we returned to take a quick lunch time and then went at 9:00 am la terrasse du 7eme, 2 place de l’école militaire, 75007 paris, frankreich. fabulous dinner with mango ice cream dessert and weeping throug...

we found the caffes in paris better suited for our meal plan, eating dinner dinner before 19:00 clock. this was just from our hotel on the road, so we decided to give him a shot. similar to other caffes we tried, they have a decent weinlist. the waiter tried a hard sale on a tomahawk condition for two (a little price)y. I started with oysters and the woman ordered a burrata that was never shown. the journeys were a cheeseburger and roasted pork bell. eating was very good. we have finished with crepes au grand marnier au flambe and a double espresso. the waiter reminded us that the tipp was not included in the check, which is not cool, as the French normally do not tap as we in the US activis...
