"On this early Sunday evening the Brousko is already well visited, a reservation is absolutely recommended. The guest room is modern in warm colours. Main dishes are between 15 to 26 euros, the service is efficient. We start with Mezedakia Meze for two people from a variety of small appetizers from the sea these would be sardines, grounded squid rings, octopus salad, kaviacreme Sic! , tuna salad with garlic bread from the recommendation card. This is almost a main dish, with roasted bread it would have been even better. My personal benchmark Taramosalata is the kitchen with Bravour. "One of the best Burger restaurants in Karlsruhe! The dishes are always very tasty and well prepared. Now during the Covid-19 pandemic they have implemented the sale out of the house well, extra a tent placed on a window. The burgers and pommes do not get in the stupid plastic boxes, especially in cardboard boxes (cells are of course always better, just now unfortunately not). In summer it is really very nice to eat outside under the big tree, which also provides pleasant coolness on the hot days. But also in the house it is beautiful, very in American style, only in high summer very warm."

"Wir waren an einem Samstag zum frühen Abend hier (18:45 Uhr). Bei tollem Sommerwetter suchten wir im gemütlichen Außenbereich einen kleinen Tisch und landeten letztendlich an einem großen Tisch im oberen Bereich und setzten uns zu einem älteren Herren, der dort noch sein Bierchen nach dem Essen genoss. Wir wurden gleich bei der Bestellung der Getränke freundlich auf längere Wartezeiten beim Essen hingewiesen, was uns jedoch angesichts der vollen Tische überhaupt nicht störte, denn wir hatten Zeit und saßen gemütlich. Meine Frau bestellte ein Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und ich Zanderfilet mit Brokkoli und Kartoffeln. Wir waren beide sehr zufrieden. Als Dessert aß ich später Pfannküchle mit Himbeer Pannacotta Füllung sehr, sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Wir waren sehr angetan und die fehlende Prise Salz, die den Hauptgerichten nicht geschadet hätte, hat das Gesamtbild nicht getrübt. Besonders interessant empfanden wir die Geschichte des Hauses auf der Rückseite der Speisekarte mit 2 Besuchen Napoleon Bonapartes und anderer Berühmtheiten. Die Sanitärbereiche sind urig und modern zugleich und sehr sauber."

"the restaurant was a beautiful experience. the service very courteous, extremely courteous and attentive! the kitchen tastes really super good night, all spicy but totally harmonious and fitting. the portions are very manageable so for the great hunger you have to pay much more to get the amount that it needs for it. A pity was in any case that the Tatar was sold out by the ring and the salmon was also in the lead. the steak medium was rare and not medium as ordered. the sesamkartoffel was now not a tasteful fireworks and the fried wobbles tasted as expected. the pulpo, as well as the lachstatar were super good but does not replace any lead. all in all like said a beautiful evening!"
