"Very disappointing. I've been a regular Cafe Rouge customer for years. This was the first time I was in the Victoria branch, which I chose as the central meeting point for a group of friends. It was cold, loud and the service was not available; We waited for an hour for our food after the order and did not even receive an apology. It is best to close it as it makes the other restaurants very badly down."

If you're not taking advantage of Lucille's check-in offer you're missing out - it's might be the best in town.

Good food and great service which made for a lovely family event: the only criticism was that there was no real relief from a pretty warm day, and the two small babies in our party suffered accordingly better ventilation or aircon would have been helpful.

This was a good pick just after seeing Wicked at the Apollo just over the road. A tasty menu which is uncomplicated and has something for everyone. Good service and they made me a Kir Royale even though it was not on the menu! Be aware that there is a lot of building work around the bus and train station right now so best to walk through the station concourse to get to the restaurant.
