We found the starters insufficient and the salad was practically pickles, more than salad. If you have to wait, you can wait, but after that wait, the paella rice, which is the main dish on the menu, comes completely stale, which is difficult to forgive. When I come to Levante I try to eat rice that has a good grain and is just right. I do not care about the rest. My experience was not good at all, honestly. And so I say.
