"Good value for the money. Menu stays the same. Cachopo, cured ham and local cheese between thin meat slices then breaded and fried, is very tasty. Pig/beef cheeks are also good here. Lengua, tongue, was delicious. Typical for Spain dishes come with chips (French fries) and no vegetables so we always order a salad. The house salad was enough for six of us as a side dish."

Great local food. Don´t miss the Ox tongue and the Pote Asturiano. The pork cheeks are not bad. Casa Sanchez is just beside the Olla San Vicente Trail and the Mystic Forest Trail. If you just show up is very likely you will need to eait one hour to get a table.
