El Abuelo - Menu

Teníamos ganas de comer la comida típica de Asturias y fue un acierto parar en este restaurante, pues muy buena comida y un servicio excelente.

Comida de menú para dos personas, (18€ persona, muy variado y rico, bien atendido, y el precio bien sin quejas, en terraza al fresquito al ladito del río. Para repetir.

Paré a cenar algo informal. Burger completa que cumple para el precio que tiene. Un detalle las patatas fritas caseras. Buen servicio, camarera muy amable. Ambiente agradable pegado al rio. View menu

Lugar muy acogedor a orillas del río Güeña, relación calidad-precio muy buena, menú diario por 19€ que incluye primer plato, segundo plato, pan,bebida y postre. Buen servicio por parte del personal, lo recomiendo.

Increíble servicio, cantidades y calidades de comida, salimos muy satisfechos! Éramos un grupo grande y pudimos reservar sin problema y nos atendieron rápidamente. Completamente recomendable el pasarse a probar la ensalada de pulpo!

Comimos en la terraza con un ambiente genial. Todo el personal es maravilloso y muy agradable. Pedimos menú del día por 19€/persona y mucho mejor que otros restaurantes en los que hemos estado con el mismo concepto asturiano. recomendamos las fabes, el cachopo de cecina y el flan de queso!!!! We followed the TRIPADVISOR reviews and recomendation and intead of having a good gastronomic experience we had a really bad one. The sidra was average, the chorizo (in sidra) was full of grease and overcooked, the bread was hard as horns, and the Secretos were hard and tasted really really bad. On top of this, no one asked us how was the food. They didn 't even talk. Not recomended!

great dinner is a friendly and welcoming Restaurante. El Abuelo is charming and our conversation in a mix of English/ Spanish [I am learning] was most entertaining. 2 glasses of wine, bread and two meals- mushroom omelette and ham and eggs [done just as I asked for] all for only €27 . certainly a place to return to and thanks to the staff. The local cider requires getting used to but the presentation is most entertaining

Stoped at El Abuelo because they had a great Menu deal for 20€ I chose Fabada, veal Scallopines with Cabrales sauce and a flan for dessert. My wife had the fabada, grilled Salmon and a Cheese mousse. The fabada was basically tasteless and the salmon was insipid at best. The veal was barely OK. The desserts were a tid better. The included wine was poor quality. Bread was good. Service was mediocre, like they were doing me a favor. A completely uneventful dinner that will be put on the trash folder very soon. View menu
