"What a disappointment! We wanted to dine in a good Parisian restaurant. So we chose Chez Françoise. We had a warm welcome and were comfortably installed in the restaurant room. We started with a cauliflower cream with a warm smoked salmon. An insipid and unmoved entrance. We haven't finished this dish. We continued with a sturgeon net. The fish too cooked accompanied by a queen of purée that had been made in the day and then warmed in the microwave.
