The restaurant is big and usually very quiet, so I choose to come here when I'm looking for some local quick dim sum (I live in the area) and to avoid the hussle and bustle that is usually associated with the dim sum experience."

We chose China City in search of a quiet lunch and were not disapponted the restaurant was peaceful and the service attentive but unobtrusive the crispy duck was delighful as were the sweet and sour prawns and the vegetarian spring rolls. We enjoyed the luch very much and will return we recommend it as good value and a very good experience. GD

The food was not bad at all. Authentic in most aspects but I suppose I am a fan of dimsum and am Chinese myself so I've tasted better around London. More than anything, the restaurant is quite daunting. Very dated, very badly lit, and dont expect much in way of service. Just go for some relatively decent dimsum, In and out quick, and u should be fine.
