food is nice there but always getting the order wrong so instead of chicken balls what i order I got pawn balls which I dont like meal waste

Gave it a try as it was the only place open at the time, it was ok bit I wouldn't rush to order again! Salt and Chilli Chicken was really chewy and soggy not nice at all. Curry and egg fried rice were nice though

Best Chinese takeaway. There's loads nearby but this is by far our favourite. Barbeque spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken or pork, peking chicken, duck pancakes... Never had a problem with any food from here so take other reviews with a pinch of salt. Definitely...recommend

There are loads of Chinese takeaways near by but this is the only one I will order from. Absolute favourite by far! Food is always amazing and staff friendly. Best barbecue ribs I've ever had (and believe me I've tried loads lol) portion sizes are...big too. Take the other reviews with a pinch of salt. I've been coming here for years and I'll be ordering from them tonight Definitely recommend.

We have been using this takeaway for many years and it just seems to be getting better. Ordering is quick and friendly with price given instantly, ready for delivery. Our new favourite dish is Thai style chow mein with duck. Simply delicious! Other good dishes...are special curry and the house special crispy noodles and the large spring rolls are amazing. Food is amazing, don’t get me wrong. Called this evening to place an order, lost signal. When I tried to call back the “lady” on the other end of the phone repeatedly swore at me etc. I’ve never experienced such disgraceful customer service, especially since...I know how crutial this can be to a business considering I work in customer service myself. Will not be ordering again purely out of principle, and I hope others will follow suit.

Wrong order delivered tried to speak to them on the phone to sort it but was told to hold times while other people were served and more calls were answered. Then told how to order next time! Pretty sure I ordered correct first time...but ur so ignorant and incapable at your job answering a telephone and putting an order into a till that you could not get it right. Lose the attitude, take a customer service course and admit when your wrong. Do not waste your money, time or so each on this awful shop.

Well ordered from here for first time yesterday spoke to a very friendly girl on the phone who took my order I then started to read the reviews and was worried about what I had read and was expecting a load of rubbish turning up...late and cold far from it my order arrived early still hot and must say delicious one of the best meals I have ever eaten so you bad mouthers out there shame on you if i had read your reviews first I would have missed out on a very delicious meal well done China Cook I will be ordering again customer from WHITBURN View menu
