"DO NOT GO! Please read and be Warned. I literally just left this establishment. I ordered chicken wings, egg rolls, and chicken fried rice. When I showed up to pick it up. My meal was not ready( no big deal) . As I waited I...watched the worker come out to the customer section and grab a place of a customers wings( half eaten and half not). I stepped to the window and watched the worker bag the uneaten chicken wings, once he realized I saw him.. He dumped the chicken from the bag into the fryer. He pulled the chicken out and placed it back into a bag and handed it to me. I immediately called him out about it and he said it was a mistake and he is sorry. I said, this is not ok and is a contamination and health issue. He said, it didn't touch your food . do you not trust us? I said I watched you do it and that is disgusting. Then he said you can have your money back and take the food. I said I'll take my money and no food. This place is disgusting and a health hazard to all that eat here. I seriously advise against eating for your health."

You get what you pay for...cheap Chinese food. It is not bad, but nothing amazing and the prices are good.

I enjoy a nice beef broccoli with rice, on occasion. It was solid. No complaints price-wise or food-wise. Prices are up, but not more than expected.

5 Euro lunch is unbeatable! Ice Tea, 5 mini egg rolls a Chinese favorite. I got the mixed fried rice, it was delicious. But the other choice are always great as well.

This place is fantastic. It’s cheap so don’t expect star meals, but for the price it’s killer. The foods flavorful and plentiful. For adults can eat and walk away full with left overs. Best last day, delivery food ever. View menu

I've been back stateside since 2021 and can't find any place that does duck with garlic sauce over fried rice. So many places in the area there do duck! I'm in the South US now and no duck anywhere. I guess I gotta come back!

This place is fantastic. It’s cheap so don’t expect 5 star meals, but for the price it’s killer. The foods flavorful and plentiful. For 20€ 2 adults can eat and walk away full with left overs. Best last day, delivery food ever.

This is the worst chinese food you will ever taste. If you dare to and do try it, do not say I did not warn you. It is disgusting and overpriced. Yes they deliver on base because not enough people eat at their restaurant. Don't...worry you will see them on base if your lucky enough to not get run over by them. Yes they speed and drive about as good as their food tastes! View menu

Pretty friendly cashier who helped me select a dish for my first visit. Relatively small inside but cozy, just don’t bring a huge group. Has seating outside too. Pricing was really good. My noodles were delicious and my only issue was the breading/fried outer layer of the chicken. The chicken was cooked fine, just the fried layer seemed like it was friend, then sat in liquid, and got a bit ‘soggy’. My next meal will be the fried noodles with beef or duck probably

Why go to a Chinese restaurant while in Germany? For me it was just to see what the difference was. So a bunch of co-workers and I decided to give this place a try since we were craving Asian food and this place was the...closest to where we were staying. Despite our apprehension, this place is pretty faithful for an Asian restaurant. We tried the duck dishes and chicken served over rice. I have to say they were all tasty and the price was really good for what we got. So if you're craving Asian, give this place a try.

"Holiday, nice weather and still what to do in Kaiserslautern. We planned our start in Kaiserslautern with a light lunch. We visited Ayame for the first time 3 years ago. It is located in the former JVA Kaiserslautern, which was converted a few years ago into the Hotel Alcatraz. A Japanese restaurant fits well here, because the Japanese garden borders directly on the building. We have free parking in the courtyard. Schlichter hotel entrance, only hidden hints at the restaurant The way to the small restaurant leads past the reception. At 13.45 we entered the small restaurant with few seats and hoped to have a seat. Open until 14.00. A long-term construction site on the way to Kaiserslautern forced us to a rather large detour. We were the only guests, were warmly welcomed by a young man. Our question whether we get anything else to eat was kindly hunted. So we took a seat in the small, Japanese-style dining room and got the menu. Optic hasn't changed much since our last visit. Everything is clean and well maintained, bare tables. Daylight only illuminates the room. Unfortunately, you can't look outside. . The menu surprised me. She was partly handwritten and so completely different from my memory. Due to the advanced time, we decided very quickly: 2 large mineral water € 2.50 Foreway to crumb: Edamame € 4.20 For both of us: Sushi Menu € 13.80: Miso Soup, 3 Sushi Nigiri, 4 pieces Hosomaki, 8 pieces Uramaki Our drinks came immediately and well cooled. A good portion of the salted soybeans a little later. The hot beans in the bowl were a tasty crackling beforehand. The young man supported a (his? wife in the open kitchen. Here I was able to observe how the Misosuppe was tasted and the lady freshly prepared our sushi. That made all a very good impression. View into the open kitchen The steaming soup with tofu insert tasted mild and yet aromatic according to the Wakamealga. After a reasonable waiting period, our sushi were served. Very appealing. The 3 Nigiri classic with salmon, shrimp and tuna. The “Makis” pefect rolled, very good in taste. Overall a good portion, we were pleasantly tired. There was really nothing to complain about for the price. Sushi Menu The young man was very attentive, but to expect from two guests. In between the question whether everything tastes. Wasabi, soy sauce and ginger were handed down. In the case of numbers, the solution for the significantly different menu. The young Japanese couple only took over the restaurant a few weeks ago. This also explained that some processes have not yet been very routined. Stay to hope that the small restaurant will talk to friends of Japanese cuisine. Despite proximity to the city, it is very hidden in the building complex. Running is not coming over here and not every hotel guest likes Sushi. The toilets belong to Hotel Alcatraz, are modern, very clean and well maintained. Restaurant and toilets are walkable and without stairs."
