"I went to this restaurant because it had good vegan options and I was not disappointed. The restaurant was modern, clean, and stylish. The service was outstanding, friendly, and attentive without being too much. The food was delicious and it was great to be able to choose a few dishes. Scottish tapas may sound surprising, but it actually works. My partner, who is not vegan, was also very happy with his food. The mango cheesecake was one of the best vegan desserts I've ever had, like a little piece of heaven. I highly recommend this place to anyone in or visiting Falkirk. You won't be disappointed."

Delicious dishes were made of bad service, felt rushed, sad we had to ask which dishes were vegan, how everything came at once and looked very similar. Updated by previous review on 2021-12-11

The flavorful dishes were overshadowed by poor service. We felt rushed and disappointed that we had to inquire about which dishes were vegan. Additionally, all the dishes arrived at once and looked very similar. (Updated from previous review on December 11, 2021) View menu

This tapas restaurant has a Scottish twist to its dishes. Everything on the menu was deliciously executed. The scallops with haggis were a favorite, and the desserts were fantastic. The addition of alcohol complemented the meal perfectly. The service was quick and efficient.

I visited for lunch with my daughter and my 9-month-old granddaughter. The staff was very efficient and friendly, especially towards my granddaughter. The food was excellent and offered great value for money. I would highly recommend Christine's in Falkirk. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch

I'm not a food critic in any way, but I love eating it! the personal was also beautiful and friendly...but back to the food..100% they should go there and see/taste for themselves. also the moctail and the coffee were fab. thank you. easier access to restaurant their disabled facilities, both were immaculate. it is a good idea to book their table as its very popular. a lot of space around the tables for wheelchair access. the service was excellent, eating was amazing, my friend I ordered the12.95 offer of 3 different tapas dishes each. so we could share the taste 6 different dishes, each choice with amazing aromes. fantastic! Our drink orders were taken promptly, and within five minutes, we were raising our glasses in cheer while sipping our beverages. The menu is straightforward and informative, and the staff use tablets to take orders, which makes the service fast and efficient. Our food arrived piping hot and in generous portions; ordering at least three plates was just the ticket to satisfy our hunger. I highly recommend visiting to enjoy some fantastic food, but be warned: one visit is not enough to fully explore the menu!

"Horrendous attitude from one of the owners/family helpers called Lee. I would like to highlight that Sonia provided a professional customer service experience in comparison to Lee. Placed the order at arrived at When I called at to find out...what was happening, Sonia offered to phone the driver to find out the situation for me, which was good. Whilst waiting on Sonia phoning me back, I received a call from Lee asking me to tell her what the problem was, I explained her colleague was dealing with it she then went on to explain how busy they are, which is understandable and I understand the challenges businesses have at the moment, owning my own. But there was no apology. In fact Lee (who at this point I did not know was the owner/family helper until Sonia told me) went on to tell me it was my fault I ordered from Just eat as they had their own orders to fill first?? Eh hello? It doesn't matter how I place my order, I chose your business to order my dinner from!. Anyway I explained to her that I didn't like her tone of voice and felt she was being really aggressive with me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order,I said we have been waiting two hours, so we may as well wait, however she was very forceful and kept saying no I will cancel, I will cancel and then decided to put the phone down on me. I couldn't believe how I had been treated as a customer! Then Sonia kindly phoned back to apologise and I asked whoever that was, should not be in a customer role and I was shocked to be spoken to in that way. She then went on to inform me Lee is the owner/family helper! Shocking. Sonia asked for my details and explained she would let the other owner know what had happened. hours later, I've not heard a peep from the restaurant. So I've made the decision to leave a review after explaining to them, this is what I would do. After waiting over and a half hours and using them for the first time, the food was below average. The pakoras and rice was nice, however the chicken korma was inedible, it was stringy and chewy, the lamb bhuna sauce was nice, the lamb was fatty and chewy. So all that wait for pakora and rice and sauce. We won't be back! Horrendous way to speak and treat customers!"
