The chief says he's a sea country, and he's right. its know-how sublimates the product. the holy jacques in three services is a wonder. and above all, lobster civet and seasonal vegetables are a signature dish that has its place among the most beautiful achievements of French gastronomy. Of course, prices are in relation to exceptional quality. but you must recognize the merit of a careful selection at the mastered rates.
