Cibreo Trattoria - Menu

we stopped just for a coffee but we would have been happier, the decor and the ceiling are beautiful

not even the toilet paper menu à la carte put excessive prices but food excellent service to the lot lacks some respect

what we mean a refined place, in the center, but outside the center of firenze you swallow a good fresh pink wine, how can you see from the photos as well as what you want more?. the bill in the norm if you choose such a place.

We enjoyed a fine lunch at this restaurant. The staff is pleasant and helpful when it comes to learning something about local specialties. And these specialties were truly special, for example a summer lasagna with pesto, and a terrific, thinly sliced roast beef. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

I can only give the maximum score. we were welcomed, educed on every dish that presented the menu, recommended and pampered. great all, from the cutlets to butter and sage made in the house to the courgette" with the recipe of the grandmother ', from the delicious wine to the cream of almonds that offered us as a degotation. Now I understand why the cibre has the reputation of being one of the best clubs in bloom.

if you are passing through the district of sant'ambrogio it is absolutely worth stopping at the tractor the cibrèo. small, informal, very pleasant place. Small menu with dishes that speak the language of the Tuscan tradition, prepared with excellent raw materials. punctual and impeccable service. prices. slightly tall for a trattoria, but we are in the center of firenze and so I would say it is there. absolutely online.

the food wasn’t bad, however the service was terrible. the waiter was very mean after we asked for salt. he gave us a look and then brought it, five minutes after he comes back and asks if he can take the salt form us, we were still using it so we asked him if we could keep it,he responded no because he was taking to another table. we asked if they could take another one and already mad asked if there was not another salt in the restaurant, he says no and leaves with the salt.

nice location in the middle of the historic center, near the market of sant'ambrogio. But there are some things that have left me puzzled. we start with the fact that the staff were different people, but the service was slow. Disinfected dirt table after 5 minutes, safety distances covid 19, not fully respected above all under the umbrellas outside. food drinks: good are the price that brings the menu.' the local has many potential, but the service unfortunately counts a lot, and my assessment is especially for that. We had heard many positive comments and read restaurant reviews about Trattoria Cibreo, and all the rave reviews were accurate. If you are planning to eat here, be sure you schedule a reservation in advance , as we watched staff turning people away without reservations. We sat outside on the patio for dinner, and it was lovely and cool. The restaurant was full of locals which is always a good sign . Next door is the flagship Michelin Cibreo, but the trattoria shares the same kitchen and chefs, only doesn’t have the Michelin prices.
