"I visit Hartlepool from London several times a year and always make a beeline for this lovely cafe. The staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious they know how to make a decent espresso which isn't a given in many cafes. I recommend the gorgeous vegan chocolate sponge pudding ask them to heat it up. Goes nicely with coffee. Thankyou to all the staff."

Been twice now with my mother-in-law. Lovely friendly atmosphere, staff are very nice and food is excellent. Think it might be our new Friday lunch jaunt.

My partner I visited after failing to get served in the Copper Kettle! Totally different experience here very prompt service. Good breakfast, set us up for the day!

Yet again a lovely lunch in a lovely place on the Marina. Tuna melt panini for me and baked potato for the wife. Very nice. Coffee was lovely, all in all a very pleasent place for a light lunch

excellent service... very clean, relaxing atmosphere, found a seat near the window and the service was very good.. explained the new menu and we enjoyed tea, breakfast bun and bagels with peanut butter.... we will return..

Came here today for a late lunch food was great I always enjoy the coffee anyway staff are usually really pleasant but today as I was sat eating my lunch I had to witness one member of staff speaking to another member of staff like something on my shoe which I would of stood in, I was absolutely mortified! Staff very accommodating as ten of my friends and I descendended on them for brunch and they were went out of their way to move tables and sit us all together. The food was good especially my bacon, cheese and cranberry pannini. The service was fast and good, food delicious and staff efficient. We will return.

looking for somewhere for a late lunch and came across this cafe. We were looked after very well, friendly staff. Have very nice coffee's and my daughter enjoyed her peppermint tea. Our panini's were freshly made and very tasty and we had almond tart and double chocolate muffins to follow. Would definitely visit again next time we are in the area
