Wir haben mittags gegessen. Einmal das Mittagsangebot mit 6 feinen Speisen auf einmal serviert. Zum anderen Artischocke mit 3 dips und Rinderfilet. Die Speisen waren durchaus etwas schärfer (Pfeffer Jus, Ingweröl) und sehr lecker. Nettes Personal, gute Weinempfehlung. Ein sehr schönes kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Trotz Hochbetrieb am Samstagabend erhielt ich noch einen Platz, nicht ideal gegenüber dem Eingang, aber ohne Reservation ok. Die Bedienung überzeugte mit Effizienz und Fachwissen. Interessante Speisekarte mindestens teilweise abseits vom Brasserie-Alltag. Angesichts der sehr guten Besetzung waren die Wartezeiten angemessen. Au revoir et à la prochaine. View menu

pro: beautiful ambiente with tasty oriented in the higher price class. select either à la carte, the time raue 5 gang menu or a monthly changing 5 gang menu. contrast: time between the walks was a bit too long and our 5-headed neighbour was (in contrast to the rest of the brasserie) disproportionately loud à la Rummel/Bierzelt. I'm afraid that didn't fit in my eyes, but that's what happens!

Von Entree, wo wir mit Namen begrüßt wurden bis zur Verabschiedung (wir waren die Letzten) war das ein perfekter Abend. Habe noch nie auf diesem gastronomischen Niveau so einen guten Service erlebt. Besser als in vielen Sternerestaurants. Perfekt zubereitete Speisen, deren Auswahl und Zusammenstellung schon deutlich die Handschrift des Patrons zeigt. Auch ohne Stern: Kulinarik at it’s best. Auch bei den Weinen zeigt das Personal höchste Flexibilität und Kenntnis. Die Krönung war für mich „Sauerbraten vom Wagyu“, ein Hammer. Wir müssen und wir werden unbedingt wieder kommen.

we and our guests were very satisfied with eating. two things were negatiw: the light on the table was so weak that we could read the menu only with our handy flashlight. that was involuntarily funny. annoying, however, was the reaction on my note that this food took place to honor a round birthday of our gastes. I was humbled that you couldn't do anything. that is a surprising and unacceptable answer. I was already in the brasserie for the fourth time, and every time the staff had a suggestion as to how the jubilar can be honored at the table. As long as I don't get a declaration and apology, I won't recommend the restaurant. View menu
