Cote Brasserie Marlow

Just passing by and popped in for lunch. Usual Cote menu but the restaurant is beautiful. Large and spacious with a lovely garden area too. Food usual great standard and staff very friendly and attentive.

Amazing food and service as always. Some of the staff have been here for a while. The headwaiter treats his guests like royalty and nothing is too much trouble. Never ever been disappointed by this restaurant...

My wife and I dined at this restaurant for lunch and opted for the set menu. The service, menu, and food were all excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We were seated outside at the back of the restaurant in the sun, which was perfect for our meal. It was a wonderful dining experience.

Very average. Poached eggs Watery, they were poached but arrived on the plate from the kitchen hard not soft. Potato Rosti Well, if that 's what you call it. Bacon With a hint of 'green to them '! Even the female manager looked at it on the way into the kitchen. We won 't be visiting again. Very disappointed, not even asked once was everything ok.

So disappointing. Have eaten fantastic food here before, with sirloin steak a reliable treat. The last two visits have been dire in terms of food. Lovely service but food really awful. Garlic butter served straight from the fridge when it needs to meld with a hot steak. Tough, gristly 'sirloin ' . Pretty grim. Ice cream varieties? Vanilla, chocolate and strawberry! Very retro but please!

During our family holiday, we decided to stop here for brunch. We had an excellent meal that was also generous in portion size. The restaurant's ambiance and table spacing were very pleasant, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. A bonus was that the outdoor dining area at the back was non-smoking. The only potential drawback was the cost, coming in at nearly £38 for brunch for two people with a drink each. However, coming from Devon, I am not accustomed to London prices.

4 adults 2 children for dinner. I like to be able to read the menu, but they actually turned down the lighting, expecting you to work by candlelight, so I had to read it by the light of my phone. I had the calamari starter there was more than enough there. My steak wasn't brilliant, especially not at the price. My wife had the delicatessen risotto which was definitely overpriced. We did enjoy 3 bottles of wine, and for dessert the creme brulee was excellent. Total bill came to £262.96.

We had a great breakfast at this restaurant in Marlow while on holiday. The food and service were excellent. We were able to park our bicycles in the garden through a side gate they opened for us. We enjoyed a full English and a French breakfast, along with pots of tea. There were plenty of seating options in shade or sunshine. The restaurant is dog-friendly, and they even brought a bowl of water for a couple's dog. The staff were friendly and professional. The prices for breakfast were comparable to restaurants closer to home.

Visited on a busy Saturday evening on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Sadly the weather wasn 't good enough to sit outside in the lovely garden. My glamorous companion and I both opted for the 'Menu Exclusif ' set menu. The service was very efficient, bordering on being too efficient, a slightly slower pace would have been welcome but all staff were very pleasant. I had the crab starter which frankly wasn 't very nice, it was a wet mess resembling the 'cat soup ' that we buy for our cat, it had no texture and no flavour of crab at all. Tinned crab?
