"A restaurant to feel good. The dishes are very tasty and you noticed that was cooked with fresh ingredients. The menu focuses on German and regional with many fish dishes as well as fish dishes. The service is very friendly and the service is really great. We called there in the afternoon and nobody ran because the restaurant was closed. Shortly before the opening we were called back and we were able to reserve a table. In another case too, the service has helped us very much. The place is really recommended."

Food is delicious, somewhat expensive and easy for the price, but for the beautiful view (mosel) you like to pay. Nice location.

The food was very delicious. The restaurant is German cuisine and is freshly prepared. The staff is a little too quiet. Don't talk much. You need to know what to eat and drink. It's a bit bad. That's why a star trigger. View menu

Recommended restaurant, furnishings in the 70s charm, but with absolutely good kitchen! Price/performance ratio: top. In Cochem still an authentic restaurant, good regional cuisine, good fish map, good wine selection. Reservation recommended.

I would also forgive 10* if it were possible. It was just perfect. My steak should be English and was fried to the point. My wife's potato gratin was also perfect. From the tables around us you've heard well. Would come back to dinner at any time!!! View menu

Best restaurant in Cochem. Food was very, very good, the filled spinach dumplings were a dream and the noodle was very tasty a bit overcooked, but this is at a high level. The Wiener Schnitzel was very delicate and tasty. Just a very good Hausmanns kitchen. Service was also good.

Five stars only for the great and so friendly Ukrainian operation! She was really incredibly nice and courteous, she made through her unbelievable sympathetic way everything she didn't understand so well. Eating was very good, plentiful and freshly prepared However only a star for two employees who have really introduced their boss, he whispered him, the boss a very old man could do one only sorry.

"I read some reviews and heard from friends that this was thé place to eat in Cochem am Mosel, so we were very excited to find the restaurant near empty on our arrival as we had expected a wait. There was nobody to greet us as we walked in so after waiting politely waiting at the entrance for a bit we decided to seat ourselves awaiting the the host, waiter/waitress to come and greet us.It took another 5 minutes for the waitress to show up. As soon as she showed up she kindly requested us to move from the cozy booth-like spacious table to a smaller wooden table. Since the entire restaurant was empty, with the exception of one gentleman and it was about an hour before closing we did not see her point to keep the large table for non-guests so we kindly declined. The frauleins entire attitude changed and we could hear her screaming and yelling in the kitchen to the chef. She then proceeded to vent her grief to the other patron in German. One might imagine her surprise when I kindly informed her that I was able to understand her conversations ( I am Dutch so I understand the language ) and did not appreciate her treating us this way. Being used to American customer service I do lower my standards somewhat but to be told smack about a semi-professional in a small town restaurant in the middle of nowhere is not something I accept. We were looking forward to taste the local food but were quite frankly concerned that this would come with some non-sanitary condiments."
