"I didn't use the hotel but I spent an evening with friends at the restaurant as we attended a murder mystery dinner organized by a friend. Fun for those who enjoyed it. It didn't drive me crazy. Cost of the evening €40.00 per person with a menu that was not a menu. How to make fun of others. We ate: buffalo mozzarella with rocket and cherry tomatoes (unseasoned); aubergine parmigiana (served cold by mistake, everyone took it back and brought warmed portions back to the table) with baked potatoes (some had a good portion of potatoes on the plate and some had only 5 potato wedges); a tiramisu that wasn't a tiramisu (made with industrial sponge cake and spray cream). Inedible. I understand everything... in the 40 euros there was the part due to the 3 who entertained... but with €30.00 you make me eat something more... at least a piece of meat. Not even a coffee at the end of this great dinner. The biggest gem? We gave a deposit of 20.00 euros per person. You paid the balance before you sat down. Maybe they were afraid that we wouldn't pay the bill. We were the dead in the end but dead from hunger. I advise you not to go there. It doesn't feel like being in a restaurant but in the window of a large shop Service: 2 Location: 2"

We were at the Pittori Hotel for a murder mystery dinner on 27 April 2024. We ate really well and a special compliment to the risotto with toma cheese, without taking anything away from the other courses, all genuine and excellent. Suggestive location, welcoming and with huge windows. Kind and attentive staff. Fun show, with nice and engaging actors who made us feel at ease even making us participate actively and who kept us entertained. Highly recommended.

I went to dinner with a group of friends, a location full of cobwebs and dirty windows... but the most shameful thing was the murder mystery dinner. Painful actors and absolutely incapable of involving the group, pedantic and arrogant like those who, when we complained (the theater manager), dismissed us in an arrogant and rude manner. At a certain point the situation was so embarrassing that I began to doubt whether we were on candit camera. We abandoned dinner before dessert out of desperation. I absolutely don't recommend it Service: 1 Location: 2

"It was my second visit to Dolce Style Novo. My first was 3 years ago and this time had been during a colder season, so the menu and experience was completely different. Tonight we had dinner outdoors on the terrace while the last time was inside. Outside was so beautiful with views of the garden and the beautiful palace stone. The service was really impeccable. I don't eat fish (a preference, no allergy), and the waitress made sure to bring a second option of butter for me as the standard anchovies had in it. I found it particularly thoughtful, because bread is not the main focus of a meal for me at least, and they already had oil as another option. It really felt like no detail was too small. Every dish brought to the table was perfect. We had the 5-course menu, with wine tasting, I even found the wine to be unique and pair well brought with every dish. There was no rain forecast, but just before dessert there were raindrops. We hoped it was just a few sprinkles, but it was really a crash. The staff was really prepared for the worst. They rushed into a table and seemed very coordinated. The inner ambience is also beautiful, with a beautiful marble floor. We finished our meals in the interior and received a screen for our return journey to our car. Another nice service detail. I recommend this restaurant. The value is really there and it is a magical evening."
