"My husband and I have visited this restaurant 5 or 6 times. We have also recommended it several times for its special atmosphere to our guests from abroad. So, yesterday, we chose it without hesitation to go eat a good tartare. My husband ordered a spicy tartare. The dish served was a total failure as a cook: the meat was tough, bland, neither salty nor spicy, tasteless. In short, this is the first time in our entire experience that my husband has had to send a dish back to the kitchen. He told our server that the dish was inedible. The waiter arrogantly retorted, You 're the first to say it, sir! and didn 't even think to clear the plate from the table. It was his colleague who did it. No waiter even thought to offer another dish for replacement. We were totally ignored by the staff until we asked for the bill. The 50% discount was applied to 2 dishes ordered: my roast beef and my husband 's tartare. But the arrogance with which we were treated was out of this world. It turned out that our server was the manager of the restaurant according to him. So my husband asked him to call the boss, Mr. Patrick Delannoy, whom we know as a very reasonable and friendly person. According to our server/manager, Mr. Dellanoy was not there, however, he was willing to call him. After a few minutes of absence, our arrogant interlocutor came back saying, I spoke with the boss. You can pay nothing, but avoid coming back! . Of course, we left and, of course, that was the last time we set foot there. The failed dish in itself could not have spoiled our evening, but we have never faced such a lack of sense of service and arrogance in any restaurant. The way the restaurant manager treated his customers and handled this situation is beyond anything. When we mentioned that we would leave a negative review on Google, the restaurant manager replied, Don 't believe what you read on the internet! ... That 's right: take with a grain of salt all the positive reviews you read about the restaurant Les Trois Sifflets on the Internet, with such staff, you may be disappointed. Too bad, especially for the boss Patrick Delannoy, that such an emblematic place which makes a point of preserving the friendly atmosphere has not respected its own values."

You have to like noise. If you want a quiet evening you have to forget this place, otherwise you can go there without worries. We eat well, however, some servers should pay a little more attention to their condition before going to work because it does not give a good image. If you’re looking for a traditional Swiss dinner, then stop by Les 3 Sifflets. This restaurant is where all locals go to when wanting the most authentic fondue. If you order the traditional fondue, they will bring out the Swiss flag and play music when bringing out the fondue. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and the staff were very friendly.

Great place for an evening out. I must say, I got a lot of food envy; the fondue looks delicious and it’s the main dish every table seems to have. They have a fantastic service, really fun way of serving their fondues. I tried using my limited French, but luckily the waiters speak English so, it’s easy to order and ask for information. The restaurant accepts the major cards, Amex included.

What a desappointment ! We had been told lots of nice things about a nice old bistro in Vevey. With friends we went to eat a fondue with 3 Whistles so the specialty of this restaurant! dog who was walking in this bistro! Almost an hour of waiting for a dessert and the same to get the bill! But who are we kidding??? But customers! People like us who discover new places and where we really take the customer for a C ... Once is enough, we will never go back there again.
