"In the historic center of Carmona we find the restaurant Tabanco , which acts both as an independent restaurant and, at the same time, as a restaurant for the Alcázar de la Reina hotel. Both the bar area and the dining room have a classic setting that is very consistent with the area and the hotel itself. The restaurant has a menu with typical dishes from the area and some more modern ones (grilled avocados, tuna tartare, etc) as well as a more informal menu with tapas and portions. My partner and I have chosen to share some tapas (salmorejo, Iberian rissoto, cocido croquettes, a cheek bun, and alboronías), all of them delicious. If you go through Carmona, I recommend it.
