"This place probably seats about 20 or so people. When we arrived there were about 10 people waiting for food. There were 2 of us. We ordered a mixed starter plate and a plate of noodles to share. The starters came in a not quick, but reasonable, time. The staff were very nice and the waitress did say there would be a bit of a wait, but not until after the starters. We assumed that meant maybe 15 or 20 minutes. The lone cook produced all the dishes for the other customers, one at a time. I'm not saying we should've jumped the queue, but ours was a 5 minute dish. We didn't really have much time and wasted it sitting for over an hour just waiting for a few noodles. The starters were very nice, the wait was not. The noodles were okay a bit of a small portion for 2 people (it's a sharing dish). If you want to eat in a reasonable time and you're not the sole customers, choose somewhere else. If you want a place that will let you linger and chat, this one could be for you."

Terrible service! Staff inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was poorly cooked, small portions.

I can say that was downstairs one of the best meals I had in years. eating was amazing and the customer service was another level. all the staff were so friendly and eat worth every penny. already booked to go back and try family.

Absolutely impossible to order from here Week 1: Phone was off Week 2: Not doing delivery Week 3: Not doing delivery due to bookings Week 4 : Cash only, so cant pay by card. Absolute joke of a restaurant that are clearly messing with the books if they only take cash in 2024.

I've lost count how many times I have visited this restaurant and yet again we have had an excellent meal prepared by Emma and looked after by Dave. We have brought our friends and family to Emma's Thai and we all agree it is the best Thai restaurant in the area. Please support this restaurant
