"I'm currently going to the establishment often for work trips and of course you can't order more. the rooms are clean as a patena, have everything necessary for a comfortable stay and the air conditioning works perfectly. the restaurant service is the best thing I have found on my trips to work: homemade, abundant and seems made at home. "We loved this place to eat. We went to spend the day in Brihuega and to see the lavender fields and we decided to book in this place to eat. The town is small, it's great to go spend an afternoon. The restaurant is located in the center. It is very spacious both inside and on the terrace. We ate in the inside room and the temperature was perfect. We ordered tempura, fried cheese, stuffed peppers, and octopus with potatoes. It was delicious. Perhaps what we liked least were the desserts, we ordered cheese cake and lemon cake (or something like that I remember) The price is very good and the food is quite filling, perhaps with a smaller portion we would have been just as good (there were three of us)"

"Un sitio tranquilo, con buen ambiente que, aunque es conveniente reservar, guardan la mesa aunque se llegue tarde. El servicio rápido y atento, pero mejorable el aspecto de la comida. El secreto ibérico, ración pequeña y demasiado simple. Ventresca de Corbina. Buena, en su punto. Bien cocinada. Helado de lavanda. Su sabor resultaba curioso, pero su textura no era del todo agradable, no era muy cremoso, mas bien tenía una textura algo gelatinosa, casi masticable. Lo manifesté así cuando me preguntaron y su respuesta fue que era un helado para entendidos !?. ¿Para entendidos en qué? Está bien que se le añadan aditivos para evitar que se formen cristales de hielo, pero en este caso se han pasado."
