"Hotel restaurant with quality price brihuega is a beautiful place for me, ideal for a vacation and rest. in the princess elima family treatment is exquisite and highly recommended. the very quiet and rural hotel, is what you are looking for when you go to a small village like this. for me stands out for cleaning, spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable bed and great smart tv. homemade food, rich and abundant at very content prices. the tomato in salad of your own orchard the best I've ever tasted. the roasts in wood oven are a wonder, famous in the area and fully deserved, after reservation, sign that it takes them several hours to prepare it, also I recommend you the roll of cod. the last meal will not be forgotten, they were incoming, some suggestion out of letter (such as the octopus leg to the brasa, delicious) and from main dish a great skillet to the chin, spectacular, we rebate despite the abundant ration we played the diners. the attention of waiters is very good, they are professional and you notice, always attentive. if you ask too much to be warned and recommended, which thanks the pocket and is not something usual if you do not ask. the living room is very nice, well-separated tables, it is super cozy. We met last year the brihuega lavender fields and booked to eat in elima princess. This year we have gone again and again we have rebooked. on both occasions I drop the food and the deal. This year the wait was superior but we understand that given the influx of people to the village was to wait.Undoubtedly a magnificent restaurant to eat or eat.
