"AWFUL!!!!!! Waited for over an hour for food,only to be given not just the wrong food but cold to boot!!!! Bar staff, which consisted of one person, was painfully slow, and even chuckled when I complained and asked for a refund! Other diners were also complaining! Shoddy service, incompetent staff thoroughly shocking experience!!!! Hasten to say we will not be returning!!!"

This restaurant only seems to stay in business because of the nearby hotel and clueless tourists. Save yourself the trouble and visit THE PLOUGH down the street instead. It's the place to be, trust me. View menu

I had a great experience at this restaurant when I went there for Sunday dinner last week. The price of £11.99 for two Sunday dinners was incredible. I wasn't expecting much for that price, but I was pleasantly surprised by the superb quality and generous portion sizes.
