"The people there were very nice, the feel was very pleasant, had to move a table around so I could face my boyfriend a bit which was good. The way the tables were set up (chairs were perpendicular to each other) still give an intimate feeling but we wanted something more direct. Very good food, the mozzarella tomato and basil is an amazing combo and the pizza’s were fab!"

This venue with its very welcoming and friendly team provided an ideal place for celebrating a family birthday. The food was excellent. All ages catered for. We look forward to being able to go there again one day.

We've been meaning to try this restaurant for a while as we see it whenever we use Piries place car park, and we finally managed it and it didn't disappoint. We had a very warm welcome and the food was lovely and the atmosphere cosy. I'm sure we'll be there again soon. View menu

Charming, authentic Italian restaurant with delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. The only drawback is that the menu mainly features pizza and pasta, with fewer secondi options available. Despite this limited selection, we had a wonderful evening and will definitely be returning.

I've been wanting to try Filippos for a while, and now I know I'll be returning often. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. My cousin and I were very impressed. I would feel completely at ease going back alone since the atmosphere was inviting, and we were made to feel very welcome.
