"The first thing we noticed was the atmosphere; the place had a lovely, lively ambiance without feeling chaotic. The patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves, which is always a good sign. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. During our visit, we observed how quickly the staff cleaned tables after diners left, and they did a thorough job. All of this sounds great, but what about the food? It was absolutely first-class. The spicy meatballs packed a real punch, the BBQ brisket pizza was flavorful, and the kids' pepperoni pizza delighted our youngest member. After the savory dishes, I wanted something sweet and spotted the lemon cake on the menu. I wondered if it would be really well-made or a letdown. Should I take a gamble or play it safe? Ultimately, I decided to take the plunge, and I’m glad I did! It was delightful, tangy, and comforting—exactly what I was craving. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and have no complaints about the restaurant. Highly recommended!"

This was my first time at Frankie and Benny's, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The service was cold and the meal was subpar, especially considering the high price. I was disappointed with what was presented on my plate.

ordered abc salad which is avocado, bacon and chicken and the house burger. both well presented and tasted ok but thought expensive at total cost of waitress was friendly and asked if we had an allergies, service was good but price has put me off return visit

Visited this restaurant yesterday . We were a party of adults and children. One of the party has a dairy allergy and one of the party can’t have gluten. When we first arrived, we weren't sure if the restaurant was open due to the tinted windows and lack of visible "open" signs at the entrance. Fortunately, the front door was positioned for entry, so we decided to go inside. It might be a good idea to have a clearer sign outside to let customers know when the restaurant is open. Overall, I would definitely return.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the staff was very helpful. It is a typical Bennys franchise with plenty of seating inside and ample parking spaces, located in the Fife Free Time Park. Despite being busy when we left, the food arrived quickly and was served hot. Initially, we were unsure if the restaurant was open as the tinted windows and lack of open signs made it confusing, but we found the front door was ready to open so we entered. It may be helpful for them to have some signage outside to indicate when they are open. Overall, I would definitely return.
