Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar

Went in for breakfast with my boyfriend, food was really good, service by Danni was amazing, very welcoming. One of the managers stopped at the table, Georgina I think, nice touch!

Came in for a meal for two tonight and was served by the lovely Holly! We were made to feel very welcome by her and the manager on for the night. Food was yum also. Thanks for a great night!

Came for dinner with a friend and were served by the lovely and always professional Marion! I've experienced her impeccable service before and I always leave satisfied and well looked after! She's an asset for the company!!!

I was finding it hard to find somewhere to eat but decided to end up here and was pleasantly surprised. Tomek served me today and was very welcoming and had the time to chat with me as he saw that I was on my own. Made it a great meal thank you!

Food awful, service sloppy and unfriendly, table clearly not cleaned before we sat down. It doesn’t take much to make people’s experience pleasant… but this is clearly not appreciated by the staff. And don’t even get me started on the woke vegan advertising on all the menus

Had a really lovely tasty vegan meal and also a really nice vegan cheesecake was really impressed as normally did not do vegan dishes previously it is a real treat when the staff are very nice and the meal so good. Friend enjoyed and would certainly return to Frankie Benny’s

After such a stressful period due to Covid, my flatmates and I decided to go out for dinner and drinks for the first time in a long time! We’re so glad we picked Frankie and Benny's. The atmosphere was lovely, the tables were all clean and distanced comfortably apart. There wasn’t a single thing we could fault the food and drinks were delicious too, just what we’ve come to love about the restaurant! I cannot recommend this place and the brilliant staff there enough all so warm and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Turned up as a family of 7 (parents, 3 kids 2 grandparents). Stood at the door way (as the signs asked us to) waiting to be seen to by the staff member. Staff member came across and just looked at us, eventually said 'can I help you ' with that look of what are you doing here written across her face. We asked if we could have lunch, she said no because we were a group of 7 (understandable) so we asked if we could have 2 tables (one for the teenage kids) and one for us. She said she could only give us a table at one side of the restaurant and another table at the complete opposite side of the restaurant. We asked if we could have tables closer together. She said 'No ' straight and to the poin...

We came in for lunch yesterday as a family. Our food was lovely and the customer service we received was first class. The waiter Ellis was polite, friendly and most importantly helpful! We were able to chat too our waiter, which you don't often find in other restaurants which was lovely! During COVID times it's rather difficult too find somewhere that has as much of a positive atmosphere as Frankie and Benny's. This I feel is due to staff like Ellis being so welcoming, attentive and smiley.From the beginning until the very end, we felt welcomed and relaxed by the staff at Frankie and Benny's.
