"This is not a gastronomical restaurant. They are specialized in Bavarian / Austrian fare. As such very convincing. In an old building, most probably an ancient hunting lodge. With a tented terrace. Parking space limited. Service efficient and courteous. Asparagus salad well made and presented. Mixed boiled beef outstanding. Broth tasteful and not oversalted, the various beef slices correctly cut and prepared, variety wide and quantity stunning. Plenty of creamed spinach. Only downfall: the apple horseraddish much too mild. Better ask for freshly grated horseraddish. The beef dish is 1-2 classes better than in 'The' famous Austrian restaurants like Plachutta (Vienna/Wien), the King of Tafelspitz, or Schloss Aigen (Salzburg). In this class 4.75 points, as a restaurant in absolute terms 3.75 - my sincere compliments."

München, lively Bavarian city, famous for Oktoberfest, serves traditional dishes like pretzels, Weisswurst sausage, and hearty pork knuckles with beer.
