"We were looking for a place to have a quick lunch on sunday and in Charlottenburg most places are closed. We ended up in Lentz as the menu seemed kids friendly. We ordered: penne with tomato sauce for the kids over cooked but kids don’t...care although they are Italian, like me, a sandwich with tomato mozzarella and a mozzarella toast. I specified that in my toast I only wanted the mozzarella, no veggies or pesto. Of course I got a sandwich with pesto which I sent back. But this is not what made me say that we’ll never go back, that’s cause of the service which was some of the most unfriendly I experienced in Berlin and Berlin is everything but kids friendly. My son spilled a bit of water on the table and we went asking for napkins to dry and the waitress was sooooo disappointed by it. First kid spilling water I guess... than my daughter was walking around talking, maybe she was a bit loud but, is I said, she’s a kid, and the watresses didn’t stop complaining about it while customers were very nice to my daughter, they didn’t seem to be bothered. All the waitresses were unpolite, nervous and upset. Ne reason to go back to eat avarage food and get bad looks for having kids"
