"My review is solely based on the most recent visit. I have been gaucho various times and it has always been on point. Never a request turnt down, always respectfully attentive whilst not invasive which is perfect for a dinner with a loved one. My only fault was the steak on this occasion was not enjoyable and quite bland and dry. The fries were cold and the max cheese was a tad burnt, dry and crispy. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. Staff were brilliant and catered to our requests."

The food and the setting was exceptional as always. Our server Sam was very informative and courteous throughout our time there and made the experience more enjoyable. I would definitely return to this venue and Sam is a credit to the organisation.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, but the service was slow and disappointing during a not very busy lunchtime. Our wine order was forgotten, our steaks were served to the wrong table, and we had to ask for things multiple times. It's a shame because the food was so good. I would only recommend this place with reservations.
