"on our last travel to Germany we spent the night in fra, so our tomorrow is easier when we fly back to the states. on a trip to Germany at the beginning of the summer we had a wonderful dinner here for our last in Germany, and when our plans were changed last minute, we decided to return to dinner again. and it was as delicious as before. we have noticed something in every case, since the restaurant is located off the mainz main tourist centers and the restaurant was mainly filled with locals while we hardly spoke German. to the happiness there are several employees whose English skills are sufficient to guide us through the menu, recommend us some delicious dinners (and serve a fabulous spatlese from the rheingau)."

unbeschreiblich herrlich.

prices are slightly above average, but according to the quality of eating and service. the evening meal can take a little longer due to the quality and presentation as well as individual care by experienced staff. View menu

geberts weinstube is a culinary surprise in mainz. located just outside the historic center next to the river promenade, it is a beautiful straw. the ambiente, the quality of the food and the nice host are ingredients for a great evening we enjoyed.

my children and I book a whole room for each of us with a 3-course meal. I had a wonderful awning soup and a wonderful chopbratensteak and a good cheese plate. my children had several vegetarian dishes of high quality and my enkel had milk dishes that they ordered with a second portion. this was a great after-no and even ing in one of the best restaurants in mainz. they should come to book friends. we were here due to a recommendation in our guide for our last dinner in our holiday. we knew we were expecting a great dinner when we went to the restaurant and talked to some local people who were really happy to eat here to dinner because it was so good. the personal was excellent with his recommendations from the menu and we loved everything, including the wine card. this restaurant is aimed more at locals than at the tourist market (although they can get there from the domplatz, it is a longer walk than most tourists would be inclined). was an absolutely wonderful evening and I can not recommend it high enough! go! eat! have a good time!

Zum 3 Mal da.Zum 3.Mal volle. Punktzahl.

"we thought it was time that four years ago opened patagonia in the mainzer neustadt to test. the bus and tram connection is excellent, the parking situation is very difficult. there is an outside area at the restaurant, and the dining room is large and clear. because the guests were distributed outside and inside, the reservation about opentable would not have been necessary. so we were allowed to choose a table and were welcomed by the two ladies in the service friendly. we found a rectangle with a view of a large flatscreen, on which a diashow of pictures ran from patagonia, which first triggered television. steaks are offered in all variations, and the selection is quite difficult. we first took three empanadas with different fillings that relatiw quickly came out of the kitchen and taste very good.My wife decided in the main course for a rumpsteak of the even medium rare with grill potatoes and salad. I had previously researched the card in the internet and asked myself what a flap steak was. wikipedia helped and so I knew it was a cut that is very common in patagonia and comes very close to the us sirloin strip. I wanted to try this and ordered it **** in the bloom. I took a foil potato. both supplements were handed with the obligatory sourcream with coriander. the two supplemental salads were fresh, colourful and crisp, with the carrots also liked as a supplement. Even with critical consideration, the performance was in all respects of expectations: the services were extremely friendly and stood also in the meat selection with rat and did the side. the we chose to be perfectly met. confusingly I found the hints in the menu on the recommended per steak. these were all together and especially between medium and well done. that was not comprehensible for me because of the top quality of meat, all in all a very successful evening with a quite reasonable price-performance ratio. we like to come back to patagonia."
