"Our experience was typical of the kind of service that gave Paris a bad name in the past. The kind of service that oozes "shut up and sit down. You are just lucky to be here, and if you don't like it, there are dozens are other unsuspecting fools right behind you". We had actually been here twice on previous visits, but both times for a drink and small bite. This time we decided to have a dinner here, as we were staying nearby. We booked a table for 2 at 8pm and looked forward to an elegant, romantic meal with a spectacular view. It was an extremely hot day and the restaurant was exceptionally warm. After given a perfunctory and lukewarm greeting by the young hostess, we were seated along a bank of tables where the sun was the most intense. My husband almost immediately realized how unbearable it would be sitting here, and asked to be moved. Although the restaurant was close to empty, the hostess. Who was clearly annoyed, hesitatingly led us to a new table. When my husband suggested a seat alongside the windows with the best views, she abruptly announced they were only for parties of 4. Never mind that afterwards there were 2 couples seated there. That set the tone for service for the rest of the evening, albeit the food was descent (overpriced for what it was, but to be expected given you are dining in the Pompadou Centre). Our waiter treated us with such arrogance that his contempt for tourists was clear. We are polite people and are not difficult customers....we should have practiced a little rudeness here to match the staff. Lastly, our waiter presented us with the bill, and having a sudden burst of friendliness, advised us how to add a tip (he failed to mention the 15% gratuity already added automatically). I forbade my husband to fork over an extra cent. Would we go back again? Surprisingly yes. But only for a drink, to take in the view, and ready to have a good chuckle at the almost satirically over the top snotty service."

Just rude! Very annoyed as brought family! Having spent a fortune on wine we get "You pay now!" Outrageous! We were going to stay for another drink.

It's just a shame, the price is twice too high for the meal certainly good but far not exeptional! she saw her on the east! It's much too expensive as everything bets but the value ratio is not there at all.

the view of this restrant is the best, the food is lousy, the attention if it is good. But it's very expensive to eat bad. if I recommend that you go for a drink even if it is a coffee on the terrace to appreciate the view of paris. View menu

in georges you can spend a nice evening if you don't have to pay too much attention. eating is very good. There are also several dishes for vegetarians. the view is super, if necessary you should already request a space at the window when booking.

I was more than walking because he's in the pompidou. The views are amazing, so you finally pay for that. I wouldn't put it very good, just good, but the platform won't let you put that option. It is a good place to go to rest between visit to the center pompidou.

Located at the TOP Terrace of the George Pompidou museum, Rest. george has a great view in a OPEN or covered terrace setting. We were happy with our menu selections ( King Crab Salad and Ceef Carpacio). but believe that they should offer a more creative menu.Service was good not great. View menu

restaurant located on the sixth floor of the pumpidou center with independent access from the museum. the restaurant offers a 360-degree view on bets, average prices raised (to be clear, a club sandwich costs 20 euros) but it really is worth it. the place is very large and the high prices therefore find their place. absolutely recommended for view

a beautiful place, a splendid view, a pleasant kitchen even if the note is not given at the end. On the other hand, we had a scandalous service. We were served by a certain malo who was quite absent during the service. When I go to pay, this gentleman my offer to increase the rules if I were satisfied with the service to have a tip. After telling him that no, he relaunched me 3 times to find out if I was happy with the (a little heavy) services until he told me that I had to be very happy with what I had left as tip. The tone was mounted when I told him that his attitude to customers was not correct. I went to see his manager while his colleagues prevented him from approaching me given his a...
