We had a fantastic meal, really tasty and tailored to our needs. Great service too. Small lack of atmosphere due to it being really empty it was a Tuesday just after Christmas though! Will definitely be back soon.

Lovely food (Sunday Roast) but service was just a little off on our visit. Clearing plates after courses was a little disjointed. Still enjoyed the meal. Garden area does need a real tidy up and some care, as bird poop all over tables and seats.

Food and Service excellent. Beautiful village pub that is well run and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Filet Steak and the Mixed Grill. The menu caters for Vegan and gluten free so plenty of choice for everyone. View menu

The food here is absolutely delicious. Unlike many pubs and restaurants that struggle to deliver great meals, this place truly excels in its cooking. It's definitely worth the drive and the money you spend. This is home-cooked food at its best. I highly recommend it!

Pet-friendly with delicious food, a laid-back vibe, and stunning views. We tried the veggie burger, steak pie, and a jacket potato with beans (plus some huge onion rings!), and everything was excellent. We recently moved to the area, so I anticipate that we'll be frequent visitors!

A nice pub with plenty of car parking and lovely views. The log burner was very welcomed on a chilly day like today. We attended a private party today. The bufet was really nice with a good selection of hot and cold finger food and beautiful scones with jam and cream. The staff were friendly and helpful. View menu

Lovely village country pub serving homemade traditional food better than any chain of pubs by far. We’ve visited a couple of times, both times we ordered the Camembert starter which was so moorish. The first visit the gammon was perfectly cooked, the homemade pie was packed with steak the chips were absolutely amazing. Second visit we both ordered a mixed grill, cooked to perfection so were the chips. #Delicious, we’ll be back for more soon.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while, but I felt it was time for a change, so we decided to give it a go. I'm really glad we did! The food was excellent—refreshingly simple, unlike some places that overload you with options. The selection of nostalgic music was a nice touch, although we experienced a few interruptions, repeats, and pauses during the tracks. Still, it set a good atmosphere. I'm still on the fence about the scaffolding tables; they certainly add a unique flair, but it's all about personal preference. Overall, I highly recommend checking it out—you won't be disappointed!
