"Impressive. But expensive. I am a foodie and I can say the food is great, the flavors complement each other so well. Classy cocktail party in my mouth. The staff is lovely and they care about making it a nice experience for the clients. I had a nice girl explain literally every dish in the menu. In the end when there was a misunderstanding with the bill, they were so gracious and professional. The setup is clever, for people who also care about what's around them while eating (Guzman please don't change it and don't make it mainstream) Expensive but still stars due to the food and service. My type of place, upscale but not pretentious PS: Get the duck. Out of this world. And I still don't know the name of the short girl that served it."

Wow! After the impeccable service and delicious freshly prepared and unique dishes, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place was Michelin rated. Much more casual and chic but a wonderful experience in every way! Come enjoy it here!

Dinner on 8-Oct-19. Wow, if I could give Guzman 10 stars, I would. The food and service were over the top. Very friendly staff and good wine list as well. I cannot recommend more highly. I'm just sorry that we didn't go back again the...next night . . .

this is not the typical Italian “pasta with tartufo” place, so if this is what they want to continue looking. guzman serves a few dishes, bistro style of fresh food, a bit unconventional, but beautifully presented and delicious. the wine list is good and the atmosphere is super chill. we loved it!

This relatively young restaurant deserves to have a long and prosperous life. It's is very nice interior that is both upscale and comfortable. The prices are at the upper end and you can expect a meal that will seem like a bargain. The host, Andrea, is friendly and helpful and obviously cares that you are impressed. Impressed you will be, with the room, staff, and food.

visited guzman bistrot tonight. I was amazed to find a modern glass that on the market was quite highly respected down in the middle of an industrial property we went in and the inside and outside seats were very nice we got a very short menu that was good as we expected a lot of burgers we ordered two drinks, an aperol stretch and a bier two aperols were delivered when you can say for the aperol spray, which was very weak and tasted as if he had very little aperol and not existent prosecco only fizzy water, which was for €8 a bit steep they did not worry with style for their burger going to McDonald’s they know what is what is, what is what is, what is, what is
