Recently changed hands which we weren't aware of. Unfortunately, food was nothing like as good as under the previous owners. We won't be going back.

So glad handmade burger is back!! So nice to see the place open and it didn't disappoint, the food and service was amazing. Sally was fantastic really made us feel really welcome, we both had the Mexican burger and it was delicious!Can't wait to come back soon.

Well I cannot recommend this place more then saying its the hands down best burger in town, price is fair and portion size is huge.Quite honestly considering it was first day been open to the public it was like these guys have never actually stopped service was fantastic, food amazing just really good all round will be back. Waited to be seated (2 adults , 2 teens and a baby) Place was a quarter full if that. The person in charge quite Literally looked at us and said “sorry we can’t accommodate you”…and walked away. They say first impressions of a business is really important…. Yeah can actually see why this place has poor ratings. Shocking attitudes ! . This was 18.36 on a Wednesday evening so was empty !

Extremely slow service and long wait for food despite restaurant only being half full at best. Food was really poor and chicken burger was inedible in parts due to how dry hard it was. We waited so long for our food to arrive no one came to see if our food was ok whilst we were eating so we just ate what we could and left. One star for the halloumi wedges which was the best part of our experience.

We was really disappointed with the quality of the burgers this weekend. Having ordered two chicken burgers, one from the main menu and one from the children's, both tasted dreadful as they were charred. The children's burger was larger and came served with chips and was £6.99 as opposed to £8.99 from the main menu. Wouldn’t go again. The chilli beef fries were the worst chill beef fries I’ve ever seen. The beef was disgusting and ended up not eating the chips. Probs better to not upgrade your fries tbh. Another portion of the chilli beef fries on our table looked a little better than mine but were still horrible. The cheese and bacon fries were okay but for some reason none of the cheese on any of the fries had melted. The bottom half of the bun on my chicken was all soggy and wet

Came here for lunch with the family on a rare trip to Meadowhall. It was absolutely sublime. One of the nicest burgers I’ve ever had. Also had a milkshake and wings. The milkshake was first rate and so were the fries. The Buffalo sauce on the wings was a touch too concentrated but the wings themselves were perfect. It was very busy but the staff were great and we didn’t have to wait as long as I thought we would given how busy it was. Really wish they had one of these in Nottingham!

Poor burger, made incorrectly the first time. Took so long to get me the correct burger and in all truth I've had better burgers from my local takeaway (which cost considerably less). I would love to recommend this place but me and my friends where put in a corner and treated like we shouldn't be there and charged extortionate money for lackluster food. Plus you don't get fries with your burger which is poor then you are charged £3+ for a small cold portion.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF AT MCDONALDS! View menu
