"First time in a Hard Rock Café. We were very welcome and served. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the burger. He was good but for the price, we expected him to be very special. It's expensive for what it is. Not sure we're coming back."

Typical HRC experience with exception that Ribs served warm rather than hot. Beer served warm rather than cold. Probably just an off night. I will happily go back.
