Everything was great! The staff, the food,the atmosphere and the drinks. Would recommend to everyone. Me and my friends came here for dinner and service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Couldn't ask for more from an establishment.

Awful awful just advoid we didnt evan get as far as ordering as that bad.. didn't have the chicken so couldn't order anything with R Chicken. So that ruled out everything we wanted. As couldn't even have the mixed grill ultimate anything with it.. Just AWFUL LEFT DIDN'T EAT

My friend and I came for breakfast this morning and had the absolute best service from Cat! Service was prompt, food served quickly and piping hot. The restaurant itself was well laid out and super clean. 10/10 would recommend anyone coming here, especially when Cat is working!

Was shown to table by pleasant lad, ordered pot of tea and a coffee, toast and jam, mug of tea arrived half full, coffee was lukewarm, toast didn’t arrive , so I had to go and ask , asked a young g girl for toast, looked at me if I was mad , finally brought my toast , no butter just jam , not impressed here.

Tonight I had my dinner with my family at the harvester fort in Birmingham, Absolutely rubbish service and a very confusing offers not clear from the waiters, long wait for the food , chicken dry and the bill was full of extra not explained clearly from the menu and the staff. Visited for a joint birthday meal and the food and the staff were amazing.. even though there were 12 of us with 5 separate bills We had Shanelle as our waitress and I can’t praise her enough!! She was genuinely nice and so polite! She was even great with the kids. The best I’ve had in such a long time! Thank you Shanelle, we will definitely return!

I wish I could give this a 0 start rating, we came in as a collective group of 20, and we where first greeted with rather a rather abysmal welcome, to then be ordered to go to our table which we then sat and waited 40 minutes just for our salad bowls! very poor customer service on a whole but I would like to mention I work in the hospitality trade myself and as a collective restaurant you are meant to prioritise the bigger size tables, after we received our salad bowls, some people had already got their mains on our table, and others waited over an hour for their meals, which where average to say the least, as I explained being in the trade myself i understand the difficulties larger sized t...

Visited here for breakfast. When i visited it was quiet with only a couple of other customers dining. Pleasantly greeted by staff who showed me to my table and took my order. Restaurant looked clean as did the toilet area. Ordered the classic breakfast, which surprisingly didn't take to long to arrive. The breakfast was presented well, however it ended there. The breakfast was just about lukewarm, with some of the items actually cool to the touch. The toast was cold and there was no way the butter would even begin to melt on it.
