"We were very much taken in by the amazing décor and design of the restaurant which helped garner our interest which lead to our booking a reservation. But a restaurant is so much more than good design and while the food was decent the service was absolutely terrible. From the rude maitre d to the condescending and down right mean server, this was an awful experience. The male server in his late 20 's early 30 's had quippy and mean spirited remarks to questions like where is your restroom or can we please have the check . It didn 't stop there. A member of my party was hearing disabled (wears hearing aids in both ears) and because the restaurant was so noisy he asked server to repeat himself few times. The server went going out of his way to make fun of him as he would laugh and make off color jokes at my dinner companions expense. Seriously, what kind of person reticules the disabled right to their face?? Being forced to pay a tip after that treatment is just not right. Management needs to take notice and address this serious issue. We will not be returning on our next trip to Berlin and can not recommend this restaurant."

Obschon wir zu einem speziellen Anlass gebucht hatten, diesen in der Buchung auch genannt hatten, war weder ein Tisch für uns vorbereitet (reserviert) noch auf diesen Anlass eingegangen worden. Warum dann eine Tischreservierung…? Im Nachhinein beim Resümieren fanden wir dann unser gegebenes Trinkgeld in Höhe von 10% nicht mehr angemessen, trotz recht aufmerksamer Bedienung.
