Maurice and Gloria are superb hosts on every occasion. Accompanied by her father they make an excellent team. Food is probably the best you can get in Hannover not artsy fartsy but well designed crafmanship. I don´t know the name of the chef in...the kitchen but he is someone to exceed your expectations. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. after several years - and several times previous disappointment - I tried the hindenburg classic again. well, eating is very tidy. the advice of a catastrophe, declining, who is clearly superior to what it gets to feel. false information (new high German: fake news) is passed on, which do not allow a contradiction. if you then insecure the factual reads, they just turn out as fake. pity. mood and atmosphere are an important part of a beautiful evening, which we unfortunately could not enjoy here.

we are regularly in the hindenburg classic and enjoy this beautiful atmosphere. the restaurant with its stylish lighting invite to stay.In the appetizers my wife took the vitello tonnato and I took the fried fresh calamaris. the start this evening was again top. as the main course we ordered the grilled entrecote with truffle pommes for two people. perfectly grilled and prepared. the seasonal salat has been very good.The weeping guides have been put in the hands of the host and have been rewarded for our trust with very tasty weepings. Very excellent food and so delicious it is the best in everything as well the service is out of scale starting from the owner to his daughter and her husband. They have very nice big prawns order and turbo fish, amazing salad and mix fresh...market platters with mushrooms and eggplant. Very best premium wine selection. At all they are the best in service and very friendly waitress specially the one originally from Turkey sorry forget her name, she is out gorgeous and very polite. The dining area is beautifulthe furnishings, table settings, and lighting are first ratetruly an ideal atmosphere for a fine mealwith one exception: the scraping and washing at the sink behind the bar sometimes disturbs the...peace.
